1 Eligibility
Refund requests are accepted for first-time subscriptions within 7 calendar days from payment date, when there is a proven technical issue that materially prevents normal service usage.
2 Exclusions
- Renewal charges after active usage periods.
- Cases involving policy abuse or account violations.
- Service interruption caused by customer infrastructure or third-party internet outages.
3 Process
Requests are submitted to [email protected] with invoice number, payment reference, and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
