1 Legal Framework

These terms are prepared in alignment with applicable Palestinian laws, including Consumer Protection Law No. (21) of 2005 and relevant regulations for e-commerce and electronic transactions.

2 Service Scope

VelopPOS provides software-as-a-service tools for point-of-sale, inventory, reporting, and business operations. The customer remains responsible for legal compliance of invoices, taxes, and business registrations.

3 User Obligations

• You must provide accurate registration and billing information.
• You must protect your account credentials and restrict unauthorized access.
• You may not use the platform for unlawful activity or rights violations.

4 Subscription and Billing

Plans are billed based on selected subscription terms. Any material pricing change is announced in advance inside the platform or by email.

5 Suspension and Termination

VelopPOS may suspend or terminate accounts in case of fraud, legal violations, or severe abuse affecting platform security or availability.
