All rights related to VelopPOS software, branding, source code, interface design, and documentation remain the exclusive property of VelopPOS and its licensors.

2 License Limits

Customers receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the service during an active subscription period only.

3 Prohibited Acts

• Reverse engineering or source extraction.
• Unlicensed redistribution or resale.
• Using VelopPOS trademarks without written permission.
